customer service is awful... takes at least 2 days to respond via e-mail<br/><br/>have been trying to transfer money in via a US bank account, but Gemini provides two routing numbers, with an intermediary bank and a receiving bank...<br/><br/>not sure who these guys are hiring for customer service, but I've been trying to clarify which routing number to use for over 2 weeks now, and the customer service response can't answer that singular question!<br/><br/>pretty ridiculous if this purportedly the best exchange out there, run by the Vinklewoss group<br/><br/>how do you expect o get user confidence if you can't even answer the simple question of what routing number people should use to transfer money in!????
